Our mobile fitness app, HiiT 30, allows you to workout anywhere, anytime, with anyone; no equipment is needed.
The workout is performed on your phone which can be held in your pocket or on a fitness band on your arm.
You perform the workout while you’re listening to your OWN music.
The app is 30 workouts, 30 minutes per day, for 30 days.
It’s a High-Intensity Interval Training workout similar to the Japanese workout known as Tabata, which uses an interval of 20 seconds high-intensity exercise paired with 10 seconds of rest. However, our HiiT 30 uses an interval of 30 seconds high-intensity exercise paired with 15 seconds of rest.
Studies show that 2:1 ratios (30sec : 15sec) of interval training produce the optimum level of fitness results (Andrea Metcalf, 2012).
HiiT 30 is also similar to the BeachBody workouts P90X and Insanity.
- P90X is 90 minutes and 90 days (needs equipment),
- Insanity is 60 minutes and 60 days,
- and ours, Hiit 30, is 30 minutes and 30 days.
Our interval training uses 5 different combos (two exercises per combo), lasting 6 minutes each for a total body workout of 30 minutes.
There are 30 different days of workouts. That is where we get the “30 workouts, 30 minutes per day, for 30 days”.
