FBI - Fantasy and Body Institute

Abstract

Fantasy and Body Institute offers an absolutely novel approach to fitness, that allows to train the body and increase an IQ level at the same time!

We combine 3 major WAs: yoga,fitness & massage,so people can benefit from each activity going to just one class.

Adding a 4th element: the development of a creative thinking,makes each of our 45min group lessons fun & useful not only for the body but also for the brain.

We’ve developed a unique device for our program (patent pending) & are prototyping other novel devices.

Each our lesson is different that keeps ppl motivated on a taugh road to the dream of being in shape both physically and mentally.

Who is your customer?

People who want to be in shape. Our immediate mkt : ~40mln members of health clubs,~16mln of yoga &~22mln of massage practitioners. Potential mkt: >200mln ppl, (only ~25% of US pop. are not doing WAs) Device mkt: ~$6bln mkt of fitness & sporting goods

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

There are 2 major pain points among people, who want to be in shape: 1.Problem of choice.(Big variety of WA-wellness activities, wish to try everything and inability to do so due to lack of time, money, a poor understanding of what is effective, etc.) 2.Keeping up motivation.(WAs are expensive, take lots of time, hard & very often boring, while people understand the value of WAs, they still feel the time could be spent with family or spend money on other things, etc,) all this leads to quitting.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Our primary advantages relative to existing or potential competitors are: 1)Innovative workout program: combination of 4 WAs with the use of a patented device. 2)Profound business model - partnerships with companies designing fitness centers and/or programs for corporations and educational facilities. 3)Lifelong sustainable motivation – FBI doesn’t imply short-term motivation, such as consumption rewards for training, but address absolute desire for success
