Abstract
There is a main need to improve the actual dental implants due to increase bone reduction of the jaw .
30% of edentulous patients cannot implant because of this situation, more and more patients need bone augmentation.
The actual implants are screw like with minimum length of 8 mm and cannot provide a secure immediate implantation and loading, they can not be implanted in bone loss areas without additional bone implantation.
Our idea: developing a new line of dental implants for boneless regions which are also used for immediate implantation, immediate loading after insertion, capable to reduce the healing period, to reduce procedures and costs, to provide patients with oral comfort in a minimum period of time

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?
Marketing possibilities:30% of edentulous patients cannot use dental implants because of bone loss (e.g .posterior area of the lower jaw), 40% of the implants sites need bone augmentation (e.g. sinus lift), 25% of the patients refuse dental implants due to high costs of the procedures, pain, high risk of rejection of bone implant.
This new dental implant is the alternative for all those cases. The solution we offer to the doctors and patients as well: can enlarge the number of cases/patients, can improve dental solution for the patients, improve finally dental comfort by reducing healing period, reducing procedures during implantation
What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?
There is no other similar product in this market. Our product can enlarge the number of implanted sites and also improve the quality of the implant which improve and reduce feature osseointegration process from mechanical point of view .

The key of our success : unique product with a great demand in a high rate growth market with an unresolved niche!
