Additional Questions

Who is your customer?

Small businesses, non-profits, and bootstrappers.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Small businesses are doing one of two things: - Overpaying professionals to get a web presence - Spending too much time doing their own research Consequently, web professionals also have two options: - Needlessly re-do work for similar types of clients - Turn away clients due to inability to pay

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Scalability -- via use of open-source software (OSS) and content templates. Few competitors use OSS, and fewer still offer content templates. OSS provides familiar interfaces and access to a talent pool of incomparable size, circumventing the need to educate consumers and train professionals. Content templates save customers from needless and rote research, and guarantee a baseline efficacy.
