Champions Youth Fitness
Abstract
Champions Youth Fitness is a website & a federal trademark owned by Healthclubexperts.com, a Florida company. The initial concept was for Healthclubexperts.com to sell youth fitness equipment & nutrition programs to health club owners throughout the US. As a result, Healthclubexperts.com signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Panatta Sports, an Italian company, to market their Kids Fitness System. Other distribution agreements have been signed with Promaxima Manufacturing, Motion Fitness and iMD to distribute a wide variety of youth fitness equipment and programs.
The website of Champions Youth Fitness appears at the top of the list of organic searches for youth fitness equipment. Within the last two (2) years, we have received frequent inquiries for franchise support.
As a result of these franchise requests, we have incorporated Champions Youth Fitness as a new Florida corporation and we are now planning to launch two (2) franchise models. The first (1st) model, a "hosted" model to convert the 3,000 existing nurseries within health clubs to a Champions Youth Fitness Center for children up to the age of 6 years old. This model requires no additional capital so we will begin our sales campaign in the second (2nd) quarter of 2013.
Our second (2nd) model is a "standalone model." which is a 4,800SF after school care fitness center model for ages 6-12. We intend to stage the process of raising the capital required to build the initial model in Broward County in early 2014. Once we raise the capital, build the flagship and prove the model, we plan to launch the franchise for the Champions Youth Fitness Centers stand alone model. We have completed the financial projections and the floor plan & we are now in the process of completing a 3D model of this exciting initiative.

Who is your customer?
Owners of health clubs, personal training studios, martial arts centers, military installations and after-school care centers will purchase the franchises. The end users are parents of children up to 12 years of age.
What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?
These products and services create a youth fitness center and programs which has been identified as a national crisis by Michelle O'Bama who has launched her "Let's Move" initiative. Our new generation of children are obese and for the first (1st) time in our history are projected to die earlier than their parents.
What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?
The two (2) models will serve the fitness needs for youth up to 12 years of age. The "hosted" model can begin immediately by converting nurseries within health clubs to youth fitness centers. There is a need for after school care for families with children ages 6-12 with working parents. The strength & cardio vascular equipment in these two (2) models will be age appropriate. Both models will offer a nutritional & behavioral modification program for the children & their parents. The stand alone model will offer martial arts and group exercise classes & an internet cafe's study area.

We have been advertising consistently to the fitness center market using a variety of industry-specific targeted publications Our management team are a variety of experts who have served the fitness industry for many years. We have the advantage of being the first (1st) company introducing these products and services.
